Shipping Policy

We ship our products nationwide. We work with well-known freight companies and we use our fleet to serve the tri-state region. For accurate shipping rate, we need to know distance, quantity, the condition of the delivery environment. We negotiate with freight companies to get the lowest possible rate. We gladly accept that if you have a plan to arrange your own trucking. Please be noticed, the shipping rate will be available only for limited time. After your quotation request, we quickly return your call or e-mail and expiration date for this shipping rate.

Return Policy

STONE IS A PRODUCT OF NATURE: That is exactly the beauty of it, and what distinguishes it from a regular man-made paver or industrial product. It is not possible to guarantee that all the colors and markings on a large stone range will be present in every small sample, nor that every characteristic of a sample will be uniformly present in other samples. A sample serves only as to indicate in a general way the color, marking and texture usually found in a variety of species of stone.

We will accept returns on material if returned in the original condition, at our discretion. Customer will be responsible for a delivery charge on all items. A 25% restocking fee will apply. Loose material, aggregates, and open pallets are not eligible for return. if you would like to return or exchange your item, you must contact us before sending it back. Items returned to us without notification will not be eligible for a refund or exchange Items returned to us after 5 days and without contacting us will NOT be refunded.

All sales are final unless deemed otherwise by written notice from Our Company. No product may be returned for refund, credit or otherwise without prior written consent.We can only authorize refunds of the purchase price (excluding freight) less a restocking fee equal to of the purchase price for unopened, undamaged crates or packages of standard items; and the customer pays return freight.

Receiving the material by delivery or Self or third party pickup from our warehouse means CHECKING AND ACCEPTANCE -All sales are final, No Returns, No Refunds after pick up. Due to the products’ nature, they are sold: "As Is", No Warranty on color, durability, breakages, size, hardness, finish, or any other concept Subject to natural color variation - Sample may differ from actual product - The purchaser understands that he has the entire responsibility for any damage caused to the sold items, things and/or persons, originated on the handling, shipping, installation and/or use of the products.If goods damaged in transit; Please arrange to inspect the parcel on delivery. Check the contents for signs of damage. If you notice damage please bring it to the attention of the courier and do not sign for the parcel unless the damage is acknowledged and recorded. When you have signed for the product you have effectively accepted it, and we cannot subsequently claim compensation from the courier on your behalf.

Damaged Products

If the customer deems that a product is damaged, then must contact us immediately and must be given written notice, identifying the defective goods and specifying the defect with on the delivery day after the receipt of goods by the customer. Please inspect the materials within this timeline and call us to report any damage/error and acquire a Return Authorization. Damaged or incorrect materials will be replaced at the time the report is made if the report makes on the delivery day. Our Company must also be given the opportunity to inspect the allegedly defective goods and, if requested by Our Company, the allegedly damaged goods must be returned to our warehouse. Failure to give the required notice within the time provided or failure to return an allegedly defective good to our warehouse following Our request constitutes a waiver of a claim for credit or replacement.

Returns will not be accepted on following items; Opened or used, any special orders (returned at our discretion), returned more than 5 days after delivery, returned without notification. There is a 25% restocking fee for returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged.

Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.
